    Running **this part was amazing** The first time I have NEVER felt dizzy, weak, or had a side stitch!! I AM SO HAPPY. Thank-you Crossfit!

    Congratulations Yvonne!
    In less than two months you shaved two full minutes off your time AND according to Adam you ran the full 800m sprints. WOW! Is there any other training program in the world that offers that kind of significant gains in such a short period of time?
    Keep working hard girl, you are an inspiration to me.
