Happy Birthday Inna!
I’m not sure if I was supposed to use the same weight for all sets. However, this is the first time I’ve done deadlifts in a long, long time so I guess I was just figuring out what I could handle. So anyways, I hope this looks right:
Deadlift: 135-135-205-225-225
V-sits x 2 – 0:43 shortest
Plank x 3 – 1:03 shortest (I had to try these out)
Tomorrow is my first Fran. I’m scared.
132lbs Deadlift
V-sits – 1:05 (shortest)
Thanks Carrol…
Looking forward to that cake *grins widely*
