Did assisted kipping pu’s with band. For the life of me, I can’t do any type of pu on those handles. On the bar, no problem. Don’t know if it’s a physical thing or if now it’s becoming more mental. Very frustrating – can’t wait for new facitlity

assisted pu’s with green band-starting to feel more of the kip, but got hard as I lost my hip extension at the third set(think still some recovery from 400 m lunge from last friday!

so so workout today, pukey, but not entirely from sucktown today
