    35 lb. kettle swings

    Did assisted kipping pu’s with band. For the life of me, I can’t do any type of pu on those handles. On the bar, no problem. Don’t know if it’s a physical thing or if now it’s becoming more mental. Very frustrating – can’t wait for new facitlity :) .

    Note to Paul – Talking about our “clubbing” days this morning – I knew my clubbing days were over when I replaced my suave dance moves with kettle swings and burpees on the dance floor.

    assisted pu’s with green band-starting to feel more of the kip, but got hard as I lost my hip extension at the third set(think still some recovery from 400 m lunge from last friday!
    kb swings 35 lbs unbroken-these felt good

    so so workout today, pukey, but not entirely from sucktown today
