    back squat 160 lbs x5 at set 6 PR-yeah! haven’t done this grinder since november..previous PR 145 lbs

    hollow rock-first set 20 lb dbs…then 15 lbs last 4 rounds

    85lb x 3 backsquat got up to 100lbs but my form got really shaky – squats kept getting shallower.

    Oh, and just to challenge Karen, I made the weights uneven on the two sides of the bar on the back squats for her. Good job with that Karen! :)

    I hate burpees.

    Karen – No hate mail for you. As much as I hate burpees, I am impressed how the whole group attacked this WOD. Without the great example set by everyone, I know I would have quit after round 2.

    oh Back squat…I don’t like heavy wts so much. 115 lb max
