As a team, each member must complete 5 rounds of the following:

Tire flip 1 length and back
Row max meters in the time it takes the tire flipper to go there and back
10 Thrusters, 45 lbs Db’s
25 SDHP, 55 lbs
-Rest station-

    power out put scores (Distance on the rower divided by overall time:

    Team 1- 1.67
    Team 2- 1.74
    Team 3- 1.98

    Pukey WOD – especially in the heat.

    35 lb. SDHP
    30 lb. db thrusters – luckily Chad was there to re-do the math on the female rx’d.

    like the outside workout…would you boys consider doing earlier morning Saturday classed in the summer? Even 8 AM to help with the really hot days?

    all in all, fun WOD today!

    and oh yeah…team 1 kicks ass!

    35 lb sdhp
    20 lb thrusters

    1st time doing the tire filps . . . I like it!

    Tough WOD, but super fun. Like the tesm stuff & it’s good to be outside.

    I also like the IDEA of 8am Saturday class especially in Summer!
