4 Rounds of max reps in 1 min. of the following:

Back squat 135 lbs, 95 lbs
Pull ups
GHD sit ups

Rest 20 sec in between stations.

    Okay I counted reps wrong
    1st round = 40
    2nd 45 reps
    3rd 50 reps
    4th 53 reps

    Pull up’s = 10,12,12,14 = 48
    GHD sit ups = 20,18,23,24 = 85

    (now know objective was MAX lift
    rather than 5 sets of 3 reps)

    Back squat 12+14+10+7=43 @85lb
    Pull up 18+14+14+12=58
    (feet on ground>rings)
    Floor mat sit up- 25+22+18+17=82
    (now familiar w GHD foot rest adjust)

    but handled 185 pretty easy, prob 220?

    GHD on Abmat – 102 which is flattering as not on machine
