    not very aggressive on DL ??
    3 X 150 lbs – however, this did feel heavy!!

    jumping muscle up (need to start working on kipping muscle up)
    85 lb power hang clean (only able to do 2 or 3 reps at a time)

    exactly 1 month since back injury so decided to celebrate it today by getting up to 155 x 3 deadlifts. Also 1st time doing cleans.

    65 lb clean – discovered after I was adding in an extra squat that didn’t need to be there but what the hey extra work is always good!

    First time believe it or not. Been avoiding this one :D

    Couldn’t feel my legs for the first half of the final mile. Honestly, couldn’t feel them. I’ve had numbness and whatnot but this was a new experience. Definitely going sub 40 next time.

    I am Happy as I came wanting to beat my former time.
    1:23 mins faster and 7 lb heavier for cleans than 2 mts ago.

    WE can sure make it to the social!

    Did 235 a few times, but getting some rounding. Trying new technique – knees bending too soon – keep butt out & chest over bar. Tried this at 195 & felt pretty good.

    175 x 3 DL-no PR today-did this at home, and we need to get more plates-frustrating-aaah!
    My next jump with the weight we had would have been 195-previous PR 190, and not feeling a lot of power today, so had to leave it at that!

    105lb DL – felt heavy but not my max, but didn’t want to overdo it since I haven’t been at CF for a few weeks.

    bodyrow/pushup combo. Tried mod mu’s and felt like I would probably really screw up my shoulder so decided to work on technique later and do the mods this time.

    Feeling rather lousy after holidays – a week of indulgence (and a some late nights). Next time should try 60 or 65 lb for PHC… just didn’t have the energy today.
