“The Zone Challenge”
Now that we’ve started our Burpee Challenge, I’d like to put out the idea of a Zone Challenge. CrossFit’s diet of choice is The Zone and we have a few clients that follow it. If you are wanting to get more out of your training or see more dramatic results in your fitness goals, you should be on The Zone.
Lets discuss a challenge to try and get more people on board. When should it be? How long should it last? Those of you who’ve done The Zone, is it worth it? Post thoughts to comments.
