    Over the week end in my hotel in Calgary:

    Sunday:
    10 burpees
    50 squats
    10 burpees
    10 situps
    10 burpees
    40 squats
    10 burpees
    20 situps
    10 burpees
    30 squats
    10 burpees
    30 situps
    10 burpees
    20 squats
    10 burpees
    40 situps
    10 burpees
    10 squats
    10 burpees
    50 situps

    26: something
    all sets of burpees and squats unbroken
    partitioned on last 2 sets of situps

    Saturday:
    interval training on the treadmill for 25 mins:
    2 mins walk @ speed 3.5
    2 mins jog @ speed 5
    2 mins sprint @ speed 8

    Sorry everyone. Everyone was doing so great this morning, I just was a little off about how I did. Auty go it right. 100 freakin pull ups, no matter what the assistance, is still a big bite. Next time, I guarentee to be in the squats.

    Obviously pullups need work! Thanks for the encouragement Auty – I honestly would have quit at 97 if you hadn’t been there. Second WOD in a row that I didn’t finish. Bruce I feel your pain…. yes 100 pullups is definitely an accomplishment! – but like you, I had higher expectations of myself for this WOD…. the good news is next time there will be an improvement.

    That brings my total to 58:07 (with a rather large break between the pullups and pushups). Finally surpassed my fear of box jumps in the new facility (for today at least)
