    Air Squat – 19 15 16 13 14 14 12 = 102

    Squats = 109 (5 more than last time)

    weighted push up 25 lbs-same as last time around-challenging after all the freakin’ burpees!

    total=164

    5 reps last than last time in squats (cleans were same but felt easier this time)-legs had no juice left from week’s wods, especially after nancy 6 pm friday class

    squats – 113 (worse than last time – these killed me today, not sure why)

    Worked snatch technique today with Brian and Bruce.

    Got up to 135 x3 for full squat snatch. Three sets of it. Felt pretty solid by the end.
