Total = 565
BW = 140ish, so total somewhere between advanced & elite on chart.
Back squat same as previous 1 rep max. Haven’t really done them since old facility, so fairly happy with this.
Glad to get a chance to do this one.
Should have added ref. for next time:
Back squat – 185, 195, 200 (failed)
Press – 90, 95, 100 (failed)
Deadlift – 235, 255, 275

This was a super fun WOD.
Wish I did a heavier back squat but haven’t done this since fundamentals so I guess I at least know where to start for next time.
