    back squat: 195
    press: 95
    deadlift: 275

    Total = 565

    BW = 140ish, so total somewhere between advanced & elite on chart.

    Back squat same as previous 1 rep max. Haven’t really done them since old facility, so fairly happy with this.

    Glad to get a chance to do this one.

    Back squat – 185, 195, 200 (failed)
    Press – 90, 95, 100 (failed)
    Deadlift – 235, 255, 275

    First time I have been able to deadlift or squat any kind of weight since back injury. Today boosted my flagging confidence in a way that I very much needed. Was beginning to think it just would never come back

    Deadlift 245 – 265 – 285 {think I could of went a little heavier}

    Puts me between novice and intermediate

    Hate admitting BW but both Richard and John are just a bit lighter than me but the good news is that I am between intermediate and advanced in the rankings.

    Enjoyed working out with the guys at the 10:00 class

    I liked this workout b/c it was only really hard for a few reps!

    This puts me between intermediate and advanced.
    This was a super fun WOD.
    Wish I did a heavier back squat but haven’t done this since fundamentals so I guess I at least know where to start for next time.

    back squat 160 (matched PR)160, 155, 145 (I think, could have been 165?)
    total 440
    BW 135-so between intermediate and advanced-33 lbs from being at advanced-this will be my goal next time

    hardest was back squat-just did not feel strength with this exercise today-but overall, liked this WOD!

    Had to substitute weighted pull ups as still cannot press overhead with elbow issues
    205 deadlift max on 2nd try… tried 215 on 3rd attempt failed
