    squats need to go lower…I’m needing that ball to guide me!!

    noticing push ups took almost 6 minutes (previous 4 mins)
    situps way slower too!! ahhhh

    So I had to go back one year to find my last time – as I suspected, I have managed to avoid this one!
    Wouldn’t consider it an improvement either as I went over 30 minutes last time, but at least I did all 100!
    60 pullups with green band and 40 with rings
    60 push ups from knees
    100 sit ups and 100 squats
    around 29 minutes

    Pullups were much faster today; under 10 mins! Pushups were so slow. Done in almost all 2′s.

    21 unbroken kips pr.Finished pull ups in 13 min,fastest in Angie for me.Push ups took forever.Finnished push ups at 30 min.

    Did this one but not too sure where I put my sheet

    Did 50 Pull ups unassisted and 50 assisted with black band, lots of ripped callouses
    Push ups from toes
    Actually love the sit ups
    Squats were tough

    Was the last one to finish, think it was around 42-45 minutes but not too sure.
