Chad furiously taking notes at the Black Box Summit.
I’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate all those who completed November’s Fundamentals Course last night! One month already done and an exciting road to optimal fitness ahead.
Along this note I’d like to implement another change at CrossFit Edmonton. From this day forward we will be implementing a new Greeting Rule. This rule states that if you see a face in your class that you do not recognize, you must go up to them and introduce yourself. This will help our newly graduated crossfitters feel welcome in our community and any future visitors we may have.
Thank you all for your participation in this!

I love the new way fundamentals is being introduced…lots more time to build confidence with new skills and building a small community of yet a bigger one!
The new greeting rule is GREAT …and won’t be so new to me as I always make a point of greeting new people! As most of us already do! It’s gonna be FUN seeing new faces and getting to know them! When ever will there be time to workout? just kidding….
100% behind the new greeting rule.
What the heck is with all these changes??!! I go to Vegas and the whole place goes to hell!! I thought I was the one who needed adult supervision.
On a completely unrelated topic, I can not afford to go to Crossfit any more, but I am taking donations … of anything.

FYI from people’s comments yesterday…..
if you have an iphone, another way to track your wods is thru an app called as rx’d-includes all benchmark wods as well as a way to track all your workouts
Why not make it more of an ice breaker and also share our most favourite and least favourite exercises?
Hey Chad, I like the pick. And I like that it has all my CrossFit coaches in it! You, Ian and Chad Benko from Saskatoon! That is awesome!
