Don’t forget to stretch!

Since we are nearing the half way point of December I thought I’d send out a reminder to our participants of this months 50/50 fitness challenge. We have approximately 28 people who have signed up and have their starting numbers. That means that the winner (most improved flexibility) will get approximately $140. Not bad just for getting more flexible! With that being said, keep stretching! It’s very important to take the time after every workout while the muscles are warm if you really want to see improvement. If you need help with figuring out what to do, please ask any of your coaches.

    85, 90, 95

    85 not too tough (no rest), but didn’t have it in me today to do another set of 15 at 90. Next time start at 90 (maybe 95). Always a tough one to figure out.

    85 again, this time not so horribly painful as last time. Still one of my least look forward to workouts. I prefer physical to mental pain. Only thing that could make this worse would be having to use dumbells

    I guess grip strength is a new GOAT of mine… Now if it were Dumbell grip strength then I I’d cherrypick. And that would be ok. :)

    In September we are finally offering our first ever morning Bootcamp. Classes will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am starting Monday September 20th. Spaces are limited to 10 people so Register Today!

    Our next evening On-Ramp Bootcamp starts next Tuesday September 7th at 7pm. That's right, the evening bootcamp is at all new times as well. The class runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings at 7pm for 4 weeks. There are ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT so Register Today!

    New Adult Classes!
    We are announcing two new evening CrossFit Classes at 7pm on Monday and Wednesday. Now, anyone who has completed our Fundamentals Course or On-Ramp Bootcamp can come to these classes starting Monday September 6th.
