		<description>85 again, this time not so horribly painful as last time.  Still one of my least look forward to workouts. I prefer physical to mental pain.    Only thing that could make this worse would be having to use dumbells</description>

85 not too tough (no rest), but didn&#039;t have it in me today to do another set of 15 at 90. Next time start at 90 (maybe 95). Always a tough one to figure out.</description>
