I liked the more intense approach as well. I&#039;m really seeing the value in scaling to increase intensity. I even find that mentally, I feel way more pumped after doing some WOD&#039;s this way rather than spending a lot of time standing around recovering. This kind of feels defeating sometimes.</description>
