With 2 weeks down I have noticed some significant changes, in my enery, hunger levels and sleep. The fist 2 weeks were challenging with severe cravings and hunger pangs but as the end of week 2 came too a close I noticed these things start to lessen. Ive tryed some new recipes and have plans next week to visit the old Strathcons farmers Market to help ramp up the quality of my meats. With a few stumbles on the way I feel good going into week three! Good luck everyone!
