New Schedule Changes

Starting Monday February 22nd, we will be making a couple of changes to our class schedule.

1) There will be no more 10am classes. However, we will be introducing a new Mamas class on Friday’s at 10am. All are welcome but registration online is mandatory and parents will get priority.

2) There will be no more 7pm group classes on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.

    Hi Chad -

    I know that this makes sense for the club and for numbers!

    and since I am off every second friday…I always have to take JAMES with me…I’m happy that finally there are classes to allow for that at 10am… :) :)

    Just wondering if there is any possibility on the 9am that sometimes is “unoffically” 9:15
    can be made OFFICALLY be 9:15??

    Many of us drop off kids for 9 am and it really hard to stuff a preschool or kindergarden kid in the door when the teacher hasnt even opened it yet …

    Just wondering if possible…we could make that 9am 9:15 and then all of us who drop kids off to school or preschool.. can actually make it….otherwise….there will be no other morning now i could come except for every second Friday. (unless my husband is home)
    Unless of course I can find a 15 minute babysitter from 8:45 to 9am…. which isn’t likely.

    *** Of course, this isn’t just about me, I’m betting there are many Moms and Parents in this same position ( I can think of a few) and i’ve seen many drop in 9:15 as we are just finishing up the warm up.

    I havn’t ever come at 9:15 because i don’t want to feel so rushed, to feel like i’m making everyone wait on me…or whats worse …to show up, and to have the workout have started already!!

    Anyway- just thought I would throw that out there… and keep my fingers really really crossed…xxx

    Just wanted to say thanks to Chad and Suzanne for having me as a guest tonight… Great box you guys have and loved meeting all you other folks as well!! Great push tonight by the 5 PM crew, love seeing people push through the pain and reach new thresholds!

  3. Yay for CrossFit Mamas! We do this at our facility, only it’s 1 1/2 hours long each weekday morning. The Mamas (and some Papas) take turns, working out for 45 minutes and watching kids/babies in the kids room for 45 minutes.
