Add 10 lbs after each set

    200 lb box squat

    6 rounds
    1st round 225
    rest of rounds 235

    5 burpee pullups to high bar
    why? Because Lisa’s beer is going to taste so good.

    Box squats – 170

    WOD:

    8 rounds + deadlifts

    Deads 135-205. Added weight one time when I shouldn’t have.
