Oh man, I love this benchmark ! Too bad I’m doing the St. Albert triathlon tomorrow – using only crossfit to train. ( Deadlift & squats are good for swimming, right?)

Wallballs to 8′ line (same as before). Box jumps on 4×45 + 25 plates
PR by about 4 minutes – think it’s because DU’s went okay once I got going. Started with burpees, lunges, K2E’s…jumping pullups last.
Oh and Ashleigh – back squats are good for everything.

Okay – I lied – checked back in previous posts. The last couple of times we did this were to the 10′ target for wallballs. Was happy with the 8′ today as I was able to keep a rhythm going.
