Rope Climb:
Did a legless one to a couple of pulls above the first line.
WOD:
95 lb. C&J
10, 4, 4, 7 = 75
Finished 30 C&J’s at 4:19 – new Grace PR! Kind of lost focus at that point, so missed the next 10 second mark & took the first break. Definitely seeing the value with different types of WOD’s in not going all out to complete fatigue right away. Doing Grace this way knocked 38 seconds off previous PR. Will probably use this strategy, or something similar like Tabata more often.

Liked the rope climb practice! I was able to get my first ever legless rope climb.

Sandra, I agree w/ this strategy for something like Grace.
