Nope it doesn’t at all. Great pushup technique though – something to strive for!
I remember that day Karen. You were napping.
Box squats:
165 – can really feel hip drive. Used 3×45 + 25 lb. plates as the box.
WOD:
Ugh. Not a pullup kind of day. Did 51 in 10 mins. Decided to just grind it out as I really need to work on technique esp. at high volume. A few times, something clicked & it was way easier. Staying loose & pushing up with my knees kind of. Not sure.
Wallballs: 6:40

Karen, as your nose is not touching the ground, your depth is inadequate. Sorry, I don’t make up these rules.

pullups rx’d 52 in 10 mins-gotta work on more consecutives, as once I get in the 50′s I start to tear-ouch!
