    Cleans: 110 x 5

    WOD:

    Pullups: 7 (kipping – ugh!! Could have done more strict, found it hard to swing after coming off hip ext.)
    Pushups: 20
    Weighted Situps: 220 – kind of gave up mentally, had just had enough
    DU’s: 17 (combined in 3)
    Back Ext.: 41

    Started with DU’s, went in order from this.

    Came in for a visit and stayed for the cleans.
    115×5… wearing jeans…. and cleaned on one leg.

    33 back ext 25 lbs( oh ya the hams)

    Sandra how in the devil did you do 220 situps, on my 23rd I could barey keep my feet on the floor

    Power Clean 115 X 5 (PR)

    WOD Rx’d

    My order was:
    Sit ups – 72 (felt these from yesterday’s WOD)
    Pull ups – 26(this is my PR)
    Back Ext – 26 (tougher than I expected)
    Push ups – 32 (these felt awesome after Saturday’s ring dips) :(
    DU’s – 54 (first & only attempt)

    Goal for pull ups was 30, my grip stopped me more than anything. I will get 30 next time!!
