    Push press: 110 x 5

    WOD:

    Pullups – 2 rounds rx’d
    Ring Dips – 1 round rx’d

    Started bleeding all over in the first set of ring dips, which took up a lot of the time, but did make it back during the last 30 seconds & couldn’t do another weighted ring dip anyway. Should have done 10-15 lbs. for both & done more. Everything (incl. push press) felt really hard today.

    Impressive accomplishment Natalya!

    push press 95×5-should have gone for 100 at last set-next time

    pull ups wod 2 rounds, 2nd round with white band, then had to leave early for dentist appt-sorry, kelly!

    Pullups – 3 @ 35lbs, 1 @ 25lbs
