first time doing double unders in 4 months!! It was a bit awkward but this WOD was a good test for my achilles. Run was slow but at least I was running

Went on my knees a bit in the “getting up” phase of the burpee…especially during the last few reps.

Felt a little ill as I was way too hungry and an hour of hot yoga before didn’t help either. Getting back in shape SUCKS!

Thought the run seemed too short, so backtracked & went down a different road. Ended up taking the scenic route.
First time doing all du’s. Didn’t go too bad.
