    first time doing double unders in 4 months!! It was a bit awkward but this WOD was a good test for my achilles. Run was slow but at least I was running :)

    Thought the run seemed too short, so backtracked & went down a different road. Ended up taking the scenic route. :)

    First time doing all du’s. Didn’t go too bad.

    all DU’s single,double cant quite get consecutive.
