That picture is so rad!
Who says rad anymore?
Cleans: 115 x 3
WOD:
Completed 10 sets @ 135 at 19:04. Not sure how 155 would have gone, probably ugly. Wanted to complete all 10 sets so went a little lighter. Tough, will definitely feel this one all day. Lots of fun until Rep 7.
Did WOD first, didn’t feel like doing cleans after (shaky), but managed to work up to prescribed set.
Cleans 160×3
WOD:
5 sets plus 6 at 185lbs
Agree with Sandra’s rep 7 comments. Great fun. Look forward to doing again after hell freezes over.
Cleans
125×3
Took a break from the WOD today. Overdid it on yesterday’s WOD with my achilles. Found it hard to even break parallel today on squat depth.
Cleans 225 x 3. They felt much harder than in the past. Its hard to get the explosive power out of my bad ankle.
Squats were Rx’d in 23:35. Did first 5 of every set straight. Then doubles and singles for the rest. Very challenging.
Jen always says rad. And it totally is!
90# for cleans
85# 10 rds of 10
185×3 cleans
WOD 1 round @225 than 6 @185
power cleans 3 x 155 PR
wod sub (5 strict pullups, 15 back extensions – 10 lbs) x 10 14:51
Power Cleans – 135lbs – ugly technique
Squats – 10×10 @ 135lbs – forgot to look at the clock when I was done: somewhere around 24 minutes.
Subbed deadlifts for power cleans due to arm injury.
dl 125lbs.
Squats – 10 x 10 @35 lbs modified due to injury
oops – forgot my time – I think it was around 23:45 or something?
Well, it’s the next day and I’m feeling this one. Not as bad as I thought I’d be, but definitely feeling it.
Power Cleans 125 X 3 PR
Kind of surprised to PR as I am not feeling that great.
WOD:
10 rounds complete at 95 lbs. Took it lighter for the above reason. I think my time was b/w 22 & 23 minutes. Not sure how much heavier I would have went had I been feeling 100%. It was ugly even at 95 lbs.
