That crab is gonna be hard to kill!
I note from the internet that a hermit crab weighs 4oz. From experience, I can tell that crab is lifting a 45lb dumbell. I would put that at 18000% of bodyweight.
Still, only a major catastrophe could kill that crab.
Strong people and crabs generally harder to kill than weak people and crabs.
OH MR. CRAB ….You are my HERO!….. I’ve missed you.
I knew you had crabs, but I had no idea!

Came off row at 8:33.5 – decided to go easy on the row with the run being after, but pr’d by 3 seconds? Took a couple of minutes to get into the run as legs didn’t want to work. Felt better farther into it, even though it was uphill both ways.
