    8 plus 5 reps

    Today was the first time I did 7 pushups in a row on my toes!!!!! Whoop whoop

    rx’d pushups, started at 15 for 2 rnds on the K2E, dropped to 10 for 3 rnds and then 0 for the rest. Good wod. Thanks for the push Rob.
