    Front squat: 335. Tied my old pr. Failed 345
    WOD: used 135 because I don’t trust my bench press but probably should have gone heavier.
    23/10, 20/9, 18/8, 15/7

    Front squat: 265lb. That is a 15lb pr
    Bench 185lb this was my body weight – 11, 10, 8, 6 (35)
    Pull ups: 9, 11, 10, 6 (36)
