OHS: 185×2, 195×1 the second rep was so close as I stood I wobbled an nearly recovered before dumping it .

Great to be back and see all the great Xfit friends!
Slept in this morning, but i did a fun little workout at work.
5×5 speed box squatz @225
then a Crossfit Football metcon
7-6-5 Power clean and Jerk 155
5-10-15 Handstand pushups
I didn’t time it, went as fast as i could but focused on hitting every rep at games standard since thats a huge weakness of mine.
