Program Info

CrossFit Edmonton offers progressive learning in a motivating environment. We encourage a community spirit where everyone participates and contributes to the enjoyment of exercise. CrossFit training is very effective by utilizing natural movement patterns that show proven results. At CrossFit Edmonton you can get fit and have fun doing it!

Adult Group Classes:
Our ongoing group classes offer the best fitness you’ll ever experience. Find out how to Get Started!

CrossFit Mamas:
CrossFit Edmotnon also offers an option for parents of small children (under the age of 7). CrossFit Mamas is a chance for parents to come in for a workout without having to worry about child care. Moms and Dads alike can bring in their kids under 7 and take turns doing the workout of the day (WOD). CrossFit Mamas classes are held on Monday’s, Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 1pm.

  • Morning Bootcamp!!
    In September we are finally offering our first ever morning Bootcamp. Classes will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7am starting Monday September 20th. Spaces are limited to 10 people so Register Today!

    On-Ramp Bootcamp
    Our next evening On-Ramp Bootcamp starts next Tuesday September 7th at 7pm. That's right, the evening bootcamp is at all new times as well. The class runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings at 7pm for 4 weeks. There are ONLY 2 SPOTS LEFT so Register Today!

    New Adult Classes!
    We are announcing two new evening CrossFit Classes at 7pm on Monday and Wednesday. Now, anyone who has completed our Fundamentals Course or On-Ramp Bootcamp can come to these classes starting Monday September 6th.
