What is CrossFit Edmonton?
CrossFit Edmonton is a core strength and conditioning program that utilizes effective training methods such as weightlifting, body weight exercises and cardio-vascular exercises eg: running and rowing to generate high levels of fitness. Our program caters to beginner, intermediate and advanced participants by way of individualizing each work out and offering ongoing coaching to each participant. By joining CrossFit Edmonton you will have access to over 30 CrossFit classes a week and enjoy the support and guidance of our qualified coaches.
Programs
Intro To CrossFit Course
Learn the basic exercises and techniques to safely and most effectively perform the CrossFit Program.
- A new one starts every month
- Mornings – Mon & Wed @ 7 am
- Evenings – Tues & Thurs @ 7 pm (8 sessions)
(This course is a pre-requisite for our ongoing adult classes)
Adult Group Classes:
With over 30 classes a week our adult group program offers a convient time for anyone to train.
CrossFit Mamas:
CrossFit Edmonton also offers an option for parents of small children (under the age of 7). CrossFit Mamas is a chance for parents to come in for a workout without having to worry about child care. Moms and Dads alike can bring in their kids under 7 and take turns doing the workout of the day (WOD).

Active Isolated Stretch Class
An effective hour long stretch class that promotes flexibility, recovery from activity and educates on leading edge mobility practices. (Open to non-members)
