Program Fees

Getting started at CrossFit Edmonton begins with our Intro To CrossFit Course. This course gets you started off right with quality instruction, individualized program direction and progressive intensity. The Intro To CrossFit Course is a pre-requisite to our regular on-going classes.

Intro To CrossFit Course:

6 Group Sessions: $229

Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 8pm and Saturdays at 8am for two weeks.  On the completion of  the 6 sessions are complete, we offer  a complimentary two week unlimited membership in order to experience our group classes.  (a $130 added value)

We also offer Intro to CrossFit Course  weekdays at 7am, 12pm for Mama’s and scheduled private session.  Call 780-458-1450 or  info@crossfitedmonton.ca to schedule appointments.

Personal Assessment: $50

Have you been doing Crossfit for a while and want to come check out our club? Our personal assessment is designed to ensure safe execution of the basic CrossFit exercises necessary for participating in regular classes.

Memberships:

A membership includes access to over 41 classes a week! It  includes CrossFit,  Mamas, Open Lift  and Kettlebell class times.

Family Discount - First membership at regular price.  Additional “Memberships” 15% off for spouses, common law and dependents.  (Does not apply to Intro to CrossFit course or 10 session passes.)

  • $180.00 / month     –      3 months
  • $200.00 / month    –       1 month

  • $130.00 / 2 weeks

Program Design: $100/month

Are you interested in competing in The CrossFit Games? Many participants grow a love for CrossFit, the community spirit, challenging work outs and of course great results. But some aspire to test themselves among the the fittest in the world. This journey requires specific, individualized programming tailored to developing you into a CrossFit competitor. Allow our seasoned coaches to assess and guide you through a training program designed to capitalize on your strengths and mend your weaknesses.

It is recommended you have 1 to 2 years of CrossFit experience prior to taking on a training regime designed for competitive CrossFit.
